Venture-Scale Market: We prioritize markets with a $5B+ TAM or fast-growing CAGR, ensuring scalable growth and strong VC interest.
An MVP for Mid-Market: We focus on building MVPs for mid-market enterprises - they are large enough to have significant budget for software but don’t have complex buying cycles.
Why Now: Timing matters. We prioritize ideas aligned with emerging trends and shifts, making them urgent and relevant today.

After evaluating nearly 100 ideas, we’ve identified our top four opportunities:

Opportunity 1: AI Agent User Authentication

The future of identity management is evolving beyond humans and static machines.

Authentication and access management have always been challenging for growing enterprises due to the complexity of securing and scaling user-friendly access across diverse systems, users, and evolving threats. Now the rise of "intelligent non-human identities" or “agents” capable of autonomous multi-step actions calls for a new breed of identity access management tools.

The Opportunity: A platform designed specifically for AI agents to provide authentication, authorization, and governance, ensuring secure inter-agent communication while maintaining auditability and compliance. Consider it a cross between Let's Encrypt and AWS policies tailored to the agent ecosystem.

With major players like Okta and Ping Identity beginning to explore this domain, now is the time to create a scalable solution addressing both enterprise and mid-market needs.

Opportunity 2: Streamlining Reinsurance with Generative AI

Reinsurance is essential for managing risk in the insurance industry, enabling insurers to share exposure with specialized carriers. Valued at $585 billion globally, it plays a critical role in stabilizing the market. Yet, the industry still runs on outdated software and manual workflows. Nearly every step in the value chain, from data aggregation to pricing reinsurance treaties, is primed for automation.

The Opportunity: AI-first tools that streamline reinsurance workflows, from automating exposure modelling to enhancing data quality for underwriting and claims management. By addressing niche verticals like health, marine, or catastrophe reinsurance, this solution will unlock significant efficiencies in a market where deals often exceed $100 million.

With increasing pressure for stricter underwriting standards, re-insurers are ready to invest in solutions that handle complexity while improving accuracy.

Opportunity 3: Payment Rails for Digital Therapeutics

The Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDT) market is experiencing rapid growth, projected to grow from $8.28 billion in 2024 to $41.4 billion by 2033.

Despite the growth, the reimbursement landscape is riddled with challenges. Unclear standards, complex claims processes, and inconsistent coverage make it difficult for payers and providers to seamlessly integrate PDTs into their systems. This reflects a broader trend we are seeing across the value-based care (VBC) space, where outdated payment infrastructure struggles to keep pace with innovation.

The Opportunity: Payment infrastructure tailored for value-based care (VBC) models, using PDT reimbursement (PDUR) as an entry point. This platform would address challenges like integrating with regulatory frameworks and streamlining claims processes for both payers and providers.

With 40% of payers already covering PDTs, and more poised to follow, this is the ideal time to build the tools that enable frictionless reimbursement and scale the adoption of digital therapeutics.

Opportunity 4: Orchestrating the Future of AI with Multi-Agent Systems

The market for multi-agent orchestration is emerging rapidly, with enterprise AI adoption projected to incorporate agentic AI capabilities in over 60% of implementations by the end of 2025.
